Dear Mr. Hatcher,

On January 30th of this year, one of your colleagues installed a new toilet in my home. He did a wonderful job. First I want to apologize for the utter tardiness of this note. However, tardy or not, his work merited a note. First, the person who answers your phone was kind and provided the information that I needed. You would be surprised how rare that is becoming. Then when Shannon came to do the installation he was neat, deliberate, careful and on top of that did the job in a short period of time. I could not have been more pleased. Time has proven that he indeed did an excellent job. Thank you for having such a good plumber on your staff and to Shannon for the excellent work and also the pride that he takes in his work.

I want to thank you for the prompt service you gave me, and for sending Donny out on the call. He introduced himself and shook hands before he entered the house. He was very clean and professional. Since I work for a service company, these are things I look for in a serviceman.

I expected the call to last for "hours", but Donny finished it in less than an hour! He was very thorough and checked the drain several times to be sure it was working properly. He showed us what he found, and explained the best way to keep the drain clear. I will recommend your company to my friends and family, and suggest they ask for Donny.
